Terms of Service

Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the app in your region. Some features require creating or signing into an account (for example, cloud sync, premium OCR/AI/Conversion, or collaboration). Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Ads and subscriptions

• The app is ad-supported. Ads may use your device advertising ID and coarse device data. You can limit ad tracking in device settings.
• Subscriptions remove ads and watermarks and unlock premium features (e.g., OCR, AI contour detection, conversions, certain sync options). Benefits apply while the subscription is active, and sign-in may be required to validate entitlement.
• Payments and renewals are processed by Apple or Google. Manage, cancel, or modify within your store account. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or the store’s policies.

License & usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business use. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service, and do not upload content you lack rights to process.

User content

You retain rights to your scans and documents. You give us permission to process them solely to operate the app (e.g., scan, OCR, convert, sync). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the content you upload.

Availability & changes

We aim for high uptime but may perform maintenance or modify features. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with notice where practical.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or use the app for unlawful purposes. Do not upload malware or infringing content.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid by you in the last 3 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; you may have additional rights under local law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the app at any time; subscription cancellation must be managed in your app store account.

Governing law

The governing law will be stated in your final agreement. Local consumer protections may still apply.
