Use the link below to request deletion of your Doc Scanner account and associated data that we store on our servers.

We will email you to verify ownership before deleting data.

What we delete

  • Account profile data (email, settings, and identifiers).
  • Cloud backups and synced document metadata stored on our servers.
  • Device-linked analytics or crash identifiers associated with your account, where applicable.

Data stored locally on your device is removed when you delete the app or manually delete documents in the app.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations, and to resolve disputes. These records are kept only as long as required by law.

Verification & timeline

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. Most requests are completed within 30 days. Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google; cancel directly in your app store account if needed.
